ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL PICKUP
Orders can be picked up free of charge from our offices in Luxembourg (7 Place du Théâtre, L-2613 Luxembourg), usually within the next 24-48 hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg.
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using DPD. You will have the option to be delivered at a specific address (e.g. your home or office) or in one of the many DPD parcel shops.
Flat rate shipping fee of 6 EUR applies to orders shipping to Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. For Luxembourg there is a fee of 4 EUR. At this time, we do not ship outside of these countries. Free shipping for all orders over 150 EUR.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, with shipping costs for the return being at the client's expense.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thesunsetcrew.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
